The proposal, to me, seems.... "busy". There's just a lot going on there. A lot of different directions. A lot of balls in the air. It's really not one single project: it's a conglomeration. A monolith.
Because of this, I do not see almost any possibility of it happening. And if it doesn't all happen, in the post-mortem when we're picking up the pieces, are any of the parts going to even be useful?
Choosing a single, well-defined project, and then completing it, seems to me like a much better tried-and-true method. Even if there are multiple projects, one for each developer or whatever, they should be independent stand-alone things.
